2023 Shenandoah Sharks Scholarship Application Instructions

In a single document, provide email with the subject being “2023 Shark Scholarship”. Winner will be evaluated by the demonstrated attributes: • Dedication • Determination • Integrity • Leadership • Scholarship • Service • Sportsmanship

One recipient will be announced as a winner of a $500 scholarship at the Swim Banquet.

Entries should include the following:

  • Full name
  • Complete mailing address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Current summer email address
  • Parent/guardian’s name
  • Did you participate in Championships
  • Your years of affiliation as a swimmer

    • Please compose a short essay and tell us about your plans for next year and include an answer for 1 of the following prompts:

    What impact has swimming had in your life?

    Tell us about a time where you stepped up as a leader.

    What have you learned from being a Shenandoah Shark?
