Parking: Fill up the parking lot and then the neighborhood. 

Warm-ups: We need our swimmers to arrive no later than 5pm. Warm-ups for Shenandoah is from 5:15-5:45pm. 

Seating: (From their parent rep} Sit wherever! Feel free to use the areas around either pool or the picnic and playground areas outside the pool gates. Clerk of course is using the area behind the diving boards and the baby pool so those areas will be closed off. Our pool has a lot of trees around, so not long after 6pm, there should be plenty of shady spots. 

When they are not swimming, swimmers are encouraged to come and cheer on their team! Kids (swimmers or tag-alongs) bring healthy-ish snacks, water, gatorade and games that can't get destroyed if they get dripped on. Many bring playing cards, or coloring books, checkers/chess, books... A couple towels, folding/camp chairs, if you like (as seating will be limited), and of course goggles and swim caps! If you are new and I have not given you a swim cap yet, please come see me! If you have lost or ripped your cap and want a replacement, the cost is $10. 

Volunteers: Please reference the list below to be sure you know where you are signed up to help during the meet Wednesday! PLEASE let me know ASAP if you can not fill the assigned role. 

Concessions: The Surreywood Stingray Cafe will be open with grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, and cheeseburgers and all the snacks and treats. They accept Venmo and cash. Stingrays bake sale will also have plenty of sweet treats for $1/each. The bake sale will accept only cash.
